The registered owner of the goods for sale must sign the formal contract of commission.
The reserve or minimum selling price for each individual asset will be determined by the expert's Auction House agree with the owner, and will be written in the contract referred to above.
The owner will pay for the auction house, as partial reimbursement of expenses, a commission of 14% on the final price for the award.
The fees of the auction house are: the technical and administrative direction, the assessment on property, advertising, edition of the catalog and any other expenses necessary for the performance of the auction. No fees payable by owners and photo.
Once delivered the goods for the auction, will be allowed to reconsider the sale and the subsequent withdrawal of the goods by the buyer within 10 days from the signing of this contract. Said reconsideration will only be possible upon payment of the commission due from the seller and buyer on the reserve price.
The owner is responsible for duties and any documentation regarding the assets stored.
